These are the terms for using My PA Buddy and any other brand on the PA Buddy Platform, run by ITBot Solution.

Your account

You need to be 16 or over. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what is posted from it, including on the community board.

The service

Your PA records what you tell it and suggests things. Suggestions can be wrong. Check anything that matters, especially times, travel and anything about your health. Health features are general information, not medical advice; talk to a professional about medical decisions.

Plans and payment

Free is free. Paid plans are billed monthly in pounds once they launch, and you can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid month.

Community board

Keep posts about the product. We may edit, merge or remove posts that are off topic, abusive or spam, and we may use ideas posted there without owing anything for them.

Your data

Yours. See the privacy page for what we store and how to take it with you or delete it.

Changes and ending

We can change these terms; we'll show a notice in the app when we do. You can close your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
