Master keys: let PA Master act for your members

A master key lets PA Master, or a bot your company runs, look after your members the way a receptionist would. Someone messages it, and it finds the member and logs the task, the meeting, the meal or the photo straight into that member's planner. It never needs the member's own key.

What it can and can't do

• It reaches your brand's members only. A member of another brand is as good as invisible to it.
• It can do what a member's own PA can: tell, send photos and files, ask, change, remove, undo, show and export. It goes through the same PA, so it files things the same way and every change keeps its Undo.
• The member sees each thing it did in their PA chat, marked via PA Master, and can undo it.
• Every call is recorded. You'll find them under Activity → PA Master.

Making one

Admin portal → Master keys → Make a key. Name it after what will use it ("PA Master (Grok)"). If you like, set an expiry or the IP addresses it may be used from. The key is shown once: put it straight into the bot's secret settings, and never paste it into a chat or an email. Revoke stops it at once.

How the bot finds a member

By their mobile or their email. Members add their mobile under Account → Your details (country code and number), and one mobile belongs to one account only. The bot calls resolve_member with the number, then acts for the member it gets back. If nobody matches, it should ask the person to sign up or add their mobile.
